Slovenská spořitelna provided financial and operational leasing from 2003 using the MARK system, which due to the technology that was used did not enable further development and expansion. The need to automate manual processes, reduce error rates, as well as speed up and improve the quality of services provided to customers pushed Slovenská spořitelna to take the decision to replace the existing system with a sustainable and modern solution, the functionality of which is digitally transforming the activities of operational and financial leasing inside the bank and concurrently meets the high demands for security in the banking sector.

The project started in June 2018 and took a total of 9 months. The team of consultants and developers worked under the leadership of a project manager directly at Slovenská spořitelna. The project was organised using the waterfall model of cascade management (Microsoft Sure Step) with full participation of key SLSP users during the analysis and design of the solution. A total of almost 2,000 contracts passed throught the migration process. Furthermore, due to the acquisition activities of the client, the project saw changes, whereby the migration was expanded by another 1,500 contracts. The subsequent regrouping of priorities and completion of the entire implementation within the agreed to time was no minor challenge, which in cooperation with the client was worked through to a successful end.

The OneCore solution expands the standard functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system (previously Microsoft Dynamics NAV) by everything that a leasing and credit company requires. The following modules were implemented for the customer:
