DyCom Group has decided to implement the latest version 7.2 of the incadea.dms system for dealers and services of BMW vehicles and motorcycles. The company has been using this system for several years.
Aside from technological progress, the main motivator for this system upgrade was the desire to increase the effectiveness and speed of internal processes and allow detailed monitoring of the economic development of the company. The new CRM module in incadea.dms 7.2 is to bring the company closer to its customers and increase profitability. New options for using the system are also now available to the company as a result.
We are the first VAR partner of incadea GmbH to implement this version at BMW. This makes DyCom the first dealership in Europe to use incadea.dms version 7.2 in the production environment.
Thanks to great cooperation between the team at DyCom and the Solitea team, the implementation took place within the set deadline and the system Go-Live was launched on 16 September 2019.
