The company Genster entered the Czech market with an unusual service - it offers online styling for men. Thanks to the on-line invoicing service iDoklad, Genster was saved a lot of tedious work. iDoklad communicates independently with the bank and is able to automatically send messages to customers. "Thanks to this, we do not need to manually check who has paid and who hasn't, and it also never forgets to confirm the payment to the customer and to thank them for it", Michaela Kloudová, Owner of Genster, praises the features of the system.
Dobrej Špajz is a network of stores selling quality farmer's produce. Connecting the accounting program Money S3 with the cash register system Prodejna, saved Markéta Vlachová having to export information to cash registers at the branches. She needs to transfer new items and update prices several times per week. In the past, she always had to manually load this information manually on to each register individually, now she simply quickly enters an export and the data in the cash registers is updated.
Dobrej Špajz uses
The toyshop launched a new e-shop. When an order came in, an employee would have to manually transcribe information three times by hand to various documents - the order, the invoice and the shipping note of the carrier. The systems were not interconnected. Thanks to the business system Money ERP work is now easier. The implementation of the system was fast. Over the weekend, specialists uploaded the goods, connected the warehouses and on Monday the stores were running on the new system.
Hračky HOPÍK use
The company Nohel Garden is a wholesaler of gardening products. The business system Byznys helped to automate work, in the warehouse it reduced the requirements placed on the workers, in invoicing and order paperwork it saves up to 200 hours per week. At the same time, the system adapts to the growing demands that are placed on it. Furthermore, a single system enables running a company in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia, respecting the differences in legal requirements.

Until 2016, the mechanical engineering company used Excel. They decided to transition to the business system Vario, thanks to which they save a lot of work and it no longer happens that two employees are unnecessarily working on the same thing. South Bohemian company ALFA is in the industrial automation business. It produces automated production equipment and production lines for the automotive, consumer and electro-technical industries. Until 2013, it had operated using a small information system, which was dependent on a single person, had weak legislative and development support and impeded growth of the company. However, the system Business eliminated these problems and in a single system automated human work, company processes and logistics, provided an overview, control and order to inventories and even current reports.
This Czech company operates secure storage bays. Its co-owners also wanted to use the Czech ERP system. Their search was preceded by market research and visits to a total of seven companies offering solutions for the management of their company. Finally they selected the Vario system. This met all their requirements. Furthermore, the developers of this variable system custom created four unique functions.

Experts in mechanical engineering technologies at Antreg produce components for the aerospace and automotive industries, and components for laboratory and pharmaceutical technology. We introduced a solution at the company built on the Infor VISUAL system. Now they can monitor the production process and the flow of the entire order online. Connecting the machines with recording of produced amounts and actual consumed time further delivers a significant time saving and elimination of human operator errors.
Storex was satisfied with the user system Navision for a full 20 years. Nevertheless, technological advances necessitated a change. The idea of transitioning to a completely different information system was defeated by the years of positive experience and Storex took the decision to upgrade the system to Dynamics 365 Business Central. The operation of the system was moved to a hosting centre and the company thereby, apart from simpler and faster processes, also managed to significantly reduce costs.

The position of leasing of Slovenská sporiteľňa is unique in the Slovak market. It is the only bank in Slovakia that offers leasing as a banking product, without the entry of an independent leasing company. The original information system was obsolete, without technical support and development potential, without the ability to integrate it into banking systems. The solution was a new information system, which works simply and intuitively. The system brought a better overview of business activity and processes, whilst it also met reporting requirements, which are very demanding in the banking sector.
Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s. uses
